Fox Hill Farm is an established 55+ community in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. Situated near the border of Delaware, this age-restricted community is popular among active adults because of its convenient location to shopping, recreation, entertainment, and transportation. The community is located in Delaware County Pennsylvania and is part of Concord Township. The community was opened in 1995 by McKee Builders and was completed in 2001 ending with 491 homes. The community is very scenic with well manicured grounds and lush landscaping. Fox Hill Farm is convenient to Routes 202 and 322 and is close to churches, shopping in Delaware, the Philadelphia Airport and the New Jersey and Delaware beaches. There are several cultural, historical and botanical sites in nearby Chadds Ford and the Brandywine Valley.

By owning a home in Fox Hill Farm you become a member of the Fox Hill Farm Community Association and have a voice in the management process. You have a vote in the election of member to the Board of Directors and in any changes to the By-Laws and Declaration. As a member and good community citizen you have a responsibility to be aware of how the Community is managed and maintained. You are responsible to know and conform to the Rules and Procedures of the Association.
The management function of the Community is performed by the Board of Directors. The day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the community are performed by the Property Manager. The Property Manager has open office hours in the Management Office on Mondays from 2:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. when all owners and residents are welcome to stop by the office to review concerns or ask questions.
The exceptional quality of life enjoyed by the residents at Fox Hill Farm comes through the courtesy of the many Owner and Resident volunteers. Volunteers serve on the committees established by the Board of Directors. These committees aid the Board in its primary responsibilities of managing and maintaining the property efficiently and economically and providing a friendly and fun Community atmosphere.
